How much does air filter replacement cost in Miami?+
We offer a free estimate on every Miami filter replacement, with no obligation. Cost depends on how many filters you need, the size, and the MERV rating you choose. Single-filter visits start low, and our quarterly Filter Care Plan brings per-visit pricing down further. We bring the filter and install it — you don't pay separately for a hardware-store run. Call

How often should I change my AC filter in Miami?+
In Miami's climate we recommend changing your AC filter every 30 to 60 days. Year-round AC runtime, high humidity, sea-salt air along the coast in Brickell and Miami Beach, and the Saharan dust plumes that blow into South Florida every June and July all clog filters faster than in cooler climates. Homes with pets, smokers, or allergy sufferers should change filters every 30 days; standard homes can go 60 days, but never longer than 90.
What MERV rating is best for a Miami home?+
For most Miami homes we recommend MERV 8 to MERV 11 pleated filters — they capture dust, pollen, mold spores, and pet dander without choking airflow. If anyone has allergies or asthma, step up to MERV 11 to MERV 13. MERV 13 adds protection against bacteria and finer particles, which matters during Miami's pollen and Saharan-dust seasons. We don't recommend going above MERV 13 in most residential systems because higher-rated filters can restrict airflow and strain your AC compressor.
Do you replace filters in Miami condos and high-rises?+
Yes. Miami condos and high-rises are a large part of our filter replacement business. We service buildings throughout Brickell, Edgewater, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and along Biscayne Boulevard. We're familiar with building access procedures, front-desk check-ins, and freight-elevator requirements, and we handle the air-handler closets and hard-to-reach filter slots common in Miami towers. Many condo residents choose our quarterly plan because their filter locations are awkward to reach.
Which Miami neighborhoods do you serve?+
We replace AC filters across all of Miami, including Brickell, Downtown, Little Havana, Coral Way, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Kendall, Doral, Hialeah, Miami Springs, West Miami, Cutler Bay, and Miami Beach. We also serve the rest of Miami-Dade and Broward County. Don't see your neighborhood? Call
(305) 607-3244 — if you're in Miami-Dade, we cover it.
Can you bring a custom or hard-to-find filter size in Miami?+
Yes. Many older Miami homes and renovated condos have non-standard return vents that big-box stores don't stock. Our trucks carry the most common Miami sizes — 16x20x1, 20x20x1, 20x25x1, 14x25x1, and 2-inch and 4-inch media filters. If your system needs a custom air filter, we measure on-site, source it, and schedule a quick return visit at no extra charge.
Do you offer same-day filter replacement in Miami?+
Yes, same-day filter replacement is available across Miami-Dade. Our headquarters in nearby Hallandale Beach is minutes from Miami via I-95 or Biscayne Boulevard, and our service trucks are stocked with common filter sizes, so most visits are completed in a single trip — usually about 15 minutes. (305) 607-3244 or book online to lock in a time window.
Do you take the old filter with you?+
Always. We bag the old filter on-site to keep dust and mold spores from spreading through your Miami home, then haul it away and dispose of it properly. You never deal with a dirty, dusty filter sitting in your trash — which matters in Miami's humidity, where a soiled filter can hold moisture and mold.
