Every mini split deep clean follows our proven 6-step process, performed by a licensed HVAC technician.
We turn on your mini split to check airflow, temperature output, and listen for unusual noises. We photograph the unit’s condition before starting so you can see the before-and-after difference.
We attach a professional catchment bag around the indoor unit to contain all water and debris. Surrounding walls and furniture are protected with drop cloths. Power is disconnected for safety.
We remove the front cover, air filters, louvers, and drainage tray to fully expose the evaporator coil and blower wheel. Every removable component is cleaned separately.
HVAC-grade coil cleaner is applied to the evaporator coil and blower wheel. We use a specialized low-pressure pump sprayer to rinse through the coil fins, flushing out mold, dust, and buildup without damaging delicate fins.
The condensate drain line is flushed to clear any clogs or algae buildup that cause water leaks. We apply an anti-microbial treatment to interior surfaces to inhibit future mold growth for months.
All components are reinstalled and the unit is powered back on. We verify airflow, check temperature differential, and confirm proper drainage. You’ll feel the difference immediately — stronger airflow and cleaner air.
