Most inspections run 20 to 30 minutes from the time our tech walks in. We inspect every accessible duct opening, check for dust buildup, mold presence, moisture, airflow restrictions, and your air handler area. If your home has more than 10 vents or we find something worth investigating further, it may run closer to 45 minutes — but we will tell you upfront.
We check your supply and return air ducts, all accessible registers, your air handler, the evaporator coil area, your drain pan, and your air filter for bypass gaps. We look for dust and debris buildup, mold or mildew growth, moisture inside the ducts, disconnected or damaged sections, and any odor sources. You get a written summary of every finding before our tech leaves.
No. There is no obligation to book anything after the inspection. If our tech finds buildup or damage, they will explain what they saw, show you photos, and give you the option to schedule cleaning.
