What’s included in the 31-point inspection?+
The 31-point inspection covers all electrical components, freon levels, compressor performance, amp draw, thermostat calibration, drain line, coil condition, blower motor, capacitor, contactor, and overall system efficiency. If we find anything that needs attention, we’ll show you before any work is done.
How does the free freon work?+
When we perform any recommended service (tune-up, repair, maintenance), we include up to half a pound of freon at no extra charge — a $129 value. If your system needs more than half a pound, we’ll quote the additional amount before adding it. No surprises.
