*Extremely Disappointing and Overwhelming Experience. I Want a Refund*
We hired this company expecting a professional air duct cleaning service similar to what we’ve seen in online videos and from reputable companies like Stanley Steemer. What we got was the total opposite.
The technician showed up and immediately began trying to upsell us on a more expensive service, over \$600 more than what we originally hired him for. He used Google Translate the entire time, not to explain the process, but to hustle us into agreeing to more than we planned. It felt aggressive, uncomfortable, and completely unprofessional.
He told us he would remove the AC section filled with dust and mold and clean it outside. That never happened. As soon as we paid him, he simply sprayed something on it and left it in place. No removal, no deep cleaning.
To make it worse, he left big chunks of dust and debris all around our home. Our bathroom was filled with dust, and the carpet upstairs near the AC unit was filthy.
When you hire a company like Stanley Steemer, they show up, do the job professionally, and never pressure you the entire time into buying more expensive services. This was a very overwhelming experience, and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I want a full refund. This was not what we paid for.

This is most affordable ac company they came out to fix my ac when the outside unit was not working they recharge my freon and clean my drain they maintained my ac they are so honest I will have them as my hvac company forever thank air duct cleaning miami

My experience with Air Duct Cleaning Miami was excellent. He was willing to come on a Saturday morning, and also deal with parking inconveniences as my building does not accommodate contractors. I had severe dust / dirt build up, and he went above and beyond to get it all looking great. Attaching photos to show the before and after improvement in the main vent. Will definitely be using them again for any similar needs in the future.
